On 15th December, 2011 at PAP’s office in Tin Nghia Building, Nhon Trach III Industrial Zone, Nhon Trach district, Dong Nai province, PetroVietnam Phuoc An Port Investment and Operation Joint Stock Company (PAP) successfully held Summary Conference 2011, direction plan 2012 and Employee Conference 2012.
The Conference was held with participation of Mr. Nguyen Van Dan – Member of Party Standing Committee – Member of Board of Management – Chairman of Trade Union of PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC), Mr. Nguyen Tan Hoa – Member of Party Committee, Deputy General Director of PTSC and Board of Management, Board of Director and all staffs of PAP.
On behalf of PAP’s Leaders, Mr. Tran Ngoc Dung – Director presented resulting report of production and business operations of the company. In 2011, with high effort of all staffs, PAP company strived for completing Phuoc An Port project plan according to schedule with main goals as follow:
– Completed land receive, contract negotiation, defining land lease price and signed land lease contract of 157,29 ha of port area with price of 1600/m2/year.
– For Logistic Zone: Company basically finished compensation, land clearance (phase 1) and reiceved 34 ha on November 29th 2011.
– For road area: Company basically finished compensation, land clearance (phase 1) and reiceved 29,4 ha on November 9th 2011.
– For remaining area, Company is continuing inventory, announce to people and complete proceduce for compensation, land clearance.
In the past years, the company has also done a very good collective labor agreement and policies for employees; incomes and living standards of employees are enhanced.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Tan Hoa – Member of Party Committee – Deputy General Director of PTSC congratulated for the achievements of PetroVietnam Phuoc An Port Investment and Operation Joint Stock Company. Mr Nguyen Tan Hoa informed business result of PTSC this year and emphasized again for the important role of Phuoc An Port project and acknowledged the successes which the Leaders and all staffs of PAP has achieved in recent time. In addition, Deputy General Director also suggested some oriented solution for PAP Company to complete project’s plan in 2012 and continuing sustainable development in coming years, contributing to successfully implementing task of PTSC in 2012.
On behalf of the Board of Management, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hien – Chairman of Management Board expressed deep thanks to PTSC’s Leaders for directing and supporting PAP and this is great encourage to all PAP’s staff. The Chairman expressed expectation of continuing to receive direction in 2012 and committed to strive for completing plan of 2012. In addition, the Chairman highly appreciated achievements in 2011 and requested Board of Director and staffs to continue developing achieved results, strive for exceeding the outlined targets in 2012
After 2 (two) working hours with full responsibility, PAP’s Summary Conference 2011, direction plan 2012 and Employee Conference 2012 finished according to outlined contents and ended successfully at 12:00 on the same day
