On March 28, 2011, the Board of Directors of Phuoc An Port Investment and Exploitation Petroleum Joint Stock Company (PAP) issued Resolution No. 114/NQ-PAP on replacing members of the Board of Directors of the Company, accordingly:
• Agreeing to allow Mr. Dong Anh Tuan to cease holding the position of Member of the Board of Directors of PAP Company (the reason is that Mr. Dong Anh Tuan transferred to another job).
