In April 9th 2010, the Congress of Trade Union Committee and the Youth Union Petrovietnam Phuoc An Port Investment and Operation Joint Stock Company (PAP) in term 2010 – 2012 were organized at the Office Hall of Tin Nghia Building Nhon Trach Industrial III, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province.
Attendants to the Congress were Mr. Tran Ngoc Dung – Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Trade Union Committee of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group; Mr. Nguyen Van Tien – Head of Trade Union Propaganda of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group. About PAP was attended by Mr. Nguyen Manh Hien, Branch Secretary – Chairman of the Management Board; Mr. Tran Ngoc Dung, Deputy Branch Secretary – Member of the Management Board – General Director; Deputy General Directors, Head and Deputy Managers of functioning departments and all company employees.
At the Congress, Mr. Pham Kim Hao – Chairman of PAP Trade Union and Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung – Union Branch Secretary have presented the performance report of the Executive Committee of Trade Union and Youth in term 2008 -2010. In the past term, as a new established unit but under the direction of the Branch and the attention of the authorities, Youth Union and Trade Union have gradually overcome difficulties and stabilize the organization with effective operation which has important contribution to the protection of legal and legitimate rights of the company employees and significant encouragement to the entire staff with full of interest to build and develop the company
The Congress has elected the Executive Committee of PAP Trade Union in term 2010-2012 included 05 people and the Executive Committee of Youth Union included 03 people.
The Congress has also adopted with orientation task in term 2010 – 2012, to promote propaganda and education of PAP Youth Union members, in cooperation with the government to enhance the emulation movement, determined to strive for completed implementation and exceed the completion of the planning task in 2010 and subsequent years. Implementation of policies, life care, protects the legitimate legal rights of employees, promoting the implementation of democracy at the work place and charitable activities, social security.
