Phuoc An port

Phuoc An Port is a container port in the deep-water area of Thi Vai River, officially put into operation from 2024 with a scale of 164.4 hectares. The port is designed with a total wharf length of 2,830 meters and the ability to receive ships with a load capacity of up to 60,000 DWT. With a container handling capacity of 5 million TEUs per year, Phuoc An Port is committed to meeting the needs of trade and freight transport in the region. Phuoc An Port is equipped with the most modern infrastructure system. In particular, the wharf system is designed with an additional modern inland waterway wharf to serve barge goods, helping to optimize cargo handling productivity. In the next development phase, Phuoc An Port will continue to invest in expansion and capacity improvement, with the goal of becoming one of the leading seaports in the region.

Inland Waterway Port

The inland waterway port at Phước An Port is designed to be modern and optimized for the specialized loading and unloading of barges, helping to alleviate the congestion often seen at major seaports. With the unique advantage of dual frontage, one side adjacent to the Ba Hao River with a depth of 6.5 meters, the inland waterway port includes two main berths: Berth 1, measuring 360 meters, and Berth 2, measuring 530 meters, capable of accommodating barges of up to 301 TEUs.

The strategic location of the inland waterway port within the Cái Mép – Thị Vải river system and its connection to important waterways like the Go Gia and Dong Tranh rivers not only ensures swift cargo movement but also fosters strong links between industrial zones in the Southeast and Southwest regions. Our inland waterway port is not merely an addition; it is a core element that enhances the operational efficiency of the port and delivers exceptional value to our customers.

Introduction to Phước An Industrial Park

Phước An Industrial Park, covering an area of 550 hectares, is planned according to the decision of the Prime Minister in 2021. Strategically located near the Long Thành – Dầu Giây and Bến Lức – Long Thành highways, this industrial park is adjacent to the Nhơn Trạch Industrial Park, which has achieved 100% occupancy.

Located just 4 km from Phước An deep-water port, the industrial park optimizes logistics efficiency. Phước An Industrial Park is focused on developing green and clean infrastructure, providing comprehensive support services for investors.
